Getting Started
You schedule a free consultation, held ideally in person and also available virtually. Our team assesses your space, style and needs, then prepares a tailored concept with 3D visuals. To book, call 647-370-1919 or use the free estimate form on our website.
There are three. Design and Discovery covers the consultation, the site assessment and a concept with 3D visuals. Seamless Execution is where our team handles permits, sourcing and installation. Reveal and Relax is the handover of your finished space for entertaining and relaxing.
We do. Our team handles permits, sourcing and installation as part of the build. Permit fees are not included in your quote. Permit rules differ by municipality, so see the FAQs on our city pages, such as Vaughan, Mississauga and Oakville, for local details.

Services and Scope
Our services include cabanas, outdoor kitchens, fire pits and fireplaces, water features, landscaping, garden beds and planting, artificial turf and sod, decks, fences, gazebos, interlocking and stonework, heated driveways, sports courts, lighting and irrigation. Tell us what you have in mind and we will design it into one plan.
Yes. We have no minimum project size. Each project varies in scope and detail, and individual features cost less than a full transformation. Tell us what you have in mind at your free consultation.

Timing
Build time varies with the scope of work and the level of detail in your project, so we do not publish a fixed timeline. We recommend booking 3 to 6 months ahead, especially for summer builds. Winter projects are put on hold. Your free consultation is the best time to discuss timing for your design.

Cost and Warranty
Scope is the main factor. Most full transformations range from $75k to $500k+ depending on the full scope, and individual features cost less. A detailed quote follows the consultation.
We discuss financing, deposits and payment schedules directly with you during the deal, not online. Ask us at your free consultation.
All our projects include a 2-year workmanship warranty. Warranties on components depend on the product type. Ask us at your consultation for the terms that apply to your project.
